Hint:
You can list particular Gifts by specifying a Key Word in the Product
Name. e.g. If you specify the word Book in the Product name and
select search you will see a list of all Gifts that have the word Book
in their Product Name or Description.
You
now know how to find that unique Gift.. Happy Shopping !
STEP 2: Add to Order
On the Search Results page you will see the Add to Order icon,
.
To order any Gift specify the quantity of items you require and
choose from the optional Attributes listed.
When
you want to personalise a Gift with a name or a particular scene,
enter your request in the "Personalise this Gift"
Box, e.g. Name: Tommy. Picture on Gift: Golfer.
If you
want to make changes to the overall design of a product or have a special
request please Email us specifying
the Product Number with your design details.
Note:
Gifts that are shown as 1 Only cannot be personalised since they are
usually a one-off creation by the Artist, e.g. Original Paintings. However, if
you would like something similar then please Email us with your request.
After
selecting Add to Order you will be presented with a summary page of your order.
Please check the items, attributes and quantities in your order plus the totals before
going to Checkout. Because some of our handcrafted products are made in limited quantities and the demand for them is high, there is a chance that an item in your
order might sell out as you reach checkout. We make every effort to alert you as soon as this occurs.
If
you wish to make more purchases before going to Checkout, select Continue
Search or New Search.
STEP 3: Checkout
The Checkout page lists your entire Order and the total cost including
any Handling or Shipping charges. This page can be viewed at any time
to review your Order as you Shop.
You
should check that all the Gifts and their quantities are correct
before continuing. If you wish to reduce or increase any Order please
enter the new Quantity in the box provided and select the Modify
button. Should you wish to remove an Order from your Shopping Trolley,
select the Delete button.
To continue
with the Order through Checkout, select
the country you wish your order to be sent to from the drop down list
box. Please contact us if your country does not appear.
If
some cases you can select Premium Shipping if you want to receive your
order sooner.
Method of payment can be via Credit Card, Phone or Fax. We accept the major
Credit Cards: American Express, MasterCard or Visa. For orders in the UK we
also accept
Switch, Solo and Visa Debit cards.
Select
your Payment Method, Credit Card | Phone or Fax.
Select
the Finalise my Order button when you are ready to
go ahead with the Purchase.
STEP 4: Finalise
my Order
On this screen, check over your shipping and billing information, the items and quantities in your order, and the totals.
Enter all your details such as name and
address plus the Shipping details if different from your address. It
is important that you enter the full address to ensure the goods are
delivered to the correct place.
Note:
Crafts Unique will not be responsible for goods sent to the wrong
location due to incorrect address details.
Your Credit Card details will be taken when you
select Complete Order which will transfer you to a SECURED
website to ensure complete confidentiality of your Credit Card details.
STEP 5: Complete Order
This
is where your Credit Card details are entered. You will see the Order
reference and total amount to pay plus your address details. If
anything is incorrect please select BACK on your Browser or the
Modify Order button.
Note:
We use a SECURED
website that encrypts all your personal information, including your credit/debit card number, name and address. We do not store any Credit Card
details.If your Transaction is
accepted you will see an Order Complete screen. If there is a problem
with the Transaction you will see a screen indicating the reason for
failure.

Paintings
from Photos
If you
have a photo that you would like reproduced into a painting please Email
us with your request and we will reply with an address of where to
send the photo. Please note that we cannot confirm the photo can be
reproduced into a painting until our Artist has physically seen the photo. This
is because the photo must have enough detail and clarity to be
reproduced effectively as a painting. If our Artist feels the photo is
not clear enough we will advise you as soon as possible and return the
photo.
Fax
Orders
You may Fax
orders to us on . When at CHECKOUT,
select "Phone or Fax" as the Payment Method. Your Order will
be displayed on our special Fax Page that can be Printed by selecting
the PRINT button
or by Selecting File then Print from your Browsers Menu.
Alternately, you can Press the CTRL
key followed by the letter P
on your keyboard. After you have Printed the Order form, please fill
out all required information and Fax all printed sheets of paper to
our number above.
For Orders of
Gifts that require specific information to be given to our Artist, you
will be presented with a special Fax Order form. Fill out all the
requested detail and Fax all sheets to our Fax Number. The
information will be given to our Artist to determine if your request
can be carried out as per your instructions. Some of our Gifts cannot
be priced until our Artist receives your instructions and quotes a
price based on the work involved. We will advise you by Email within a
few days of receiving your Fax Order.
