Shipping Information |
In most cases our shipping is handled by special Post within the UK and
Europe or via UPS/DHL to other countries. Your shipping costs are based on the value of your order,
weight and the destination of your package.

Ordering
Information |
The
Order information is taken when you select Finalise
my Order from the Checkout page. You must enter all personal and
Shipping details accurately. Crafts Unique will not be responsible for
orders being delivered to the wrong address if you enter incorrect details.
| Returning an Item |
If you wish to make a return please
email us at Sales with all of the
details about your purchase, e.g. Order reference, Amount, Name, Address
and the problem with the Order.
Note:
Refunds can only be given if the goods have been damaged in shipment or the
item does not match your specified design requirements taken at Order time. We
cannot give refunds for items that have been hand-made to your specific design
request if incorrect details were given at the time of Order.

Transaction Security |
We use a SECURED
website for all Transactions which encrypts all your personal information, including
your credit/debit card number, name and address. The encryption process takes
the characters you enter and jumbles the data so they cannot be read when
transmitted over the Internet.
Note:
Credit Card information is not stored at our site.

Payment Information

We accept American Express, MasterCard and Visa. You can also pay for your order in the UK by using
Switch, Solo and Visa Debit transactions. The Payment decision is made on
our Complete Order page.
Note:
Any rejected or failed transactions should be taken up with your local bank
or Credit Card provider.

Customs Information for goods shipped outside the European Union
|
You may be liable for import duties and taxes when our goods reach your country - any such charges must be borne by you as we cannot control or predict them.
